GoogleBen Hayes of James Hayes was the selling agent of a property I bought. He was immensely helpful throughout the whole process (which was far from straightforward due to communication issues with solicitors) and got us all through to the end! I said I'd use him if I ever sold the flat as he's communicative and easy to work with.

GoogleThe best estate agency I dealt with in 6 years of living in London and moving nearly annually. Very friendly people, Nathalie and Inga always answer our questions quickly, and have provided all of the documentation relevant to the flat (basics like the contract but also energy performance certification, gas safety certification, and more) just as fast. Would definitely recommend!
