Amazing service!

I have recently rented a property and dealt with Georgia Freeman. From the moment I met Georgia, she was so friendly and lovely to deal with and incredibly understanding of what we were looking for. We had been looking for several months and met lots of agents along the way. Georgia was by far the best and went above and beyond to find us the perfect place. Great, friendly and efficient service

We had a great experience dealing with Rima and the team at James Anderson. They were very helpful and accommodating in terms of arranging viewings at odd times and we able to tell us quite a lot about the property, having managed it for some time. Once we placed our offer the team were very helpful and efficient, prompting us for necessary information without ever seeming pushy or insistent. Jade has been fantastic helping us get set up as tenants in a flat in Putney, making the process easy to navigate right from the beginning. Leigh also provided me with additional help, going above and beyond to try and resolve problems I experienced with my previous letting agent. The team at James Anderson are fantastic. Moving house can be stressful but working with them has put everything at ease, it's especially helpful for them to be open until 9pm weeknights and over the weekend.

I have had a pleasant experience dealing with those at James Anderson in Putney. I found the staff very friendly and they didn't live up to the stereotype of estate agents which was refreshing. They listened with what I was looking for and therefore didn't waste my time with properties I had no desire for. Overall a good experience when having to undergo the pain of moving.
