Professional, understanding and honest

From the first moment I contacted James Anderson in Putney for putting my property on the letting market, Leigh visited me and advised and honest rental figure and Rima who did all the viewings and communicated with me all through the process have been great so that everything that needed to be done for a let was done and took away all the pressure for a seamless process. A big thank you and anyone reading this review and thinking of using James Anderson Putney you will not be disappointed.

Good level of service and happy tenants

I have had very good feedback from all three of my tenants regarding the service they received from James Anderson (especially Rima Tan). From the landlord's perspective they have found me good reliable tenants with no gaps between and helped me out when things have gone wrong at handover which is over and above what they have needed to do.

Exceeds others by far

I have dealt with James Anderson for several years now, and find them to far and beyond exceed most other estate agents. Leigh Pay in particular goes out of his way to be helpful and assuring in what can otherwise be a very stressful time. They are my first point of call for estate agents in Putney.

Great service - especially from Rima!

Nothing is too much trouble for Rima Tan. As a landlord if I need something sorted I go directly to Rima as she ALWAYS sorts it out for me. Great service from someone where nothing is too much trouble (even if it isn't her remit). A great asset for James Anderson.

Excellent Service

Great service where nothing was too much trouble. I was dealing with Leigh in Putney Lettings. Much better than other letting agents I have dealt with previously and I really felt like a valued customer, with an adviser I could trust. Would definitely recommend.

Attentive and Supportive Lettings Agent
