We put our home up for rent at a difficult time of year a couple of months before Christmas. James Anderson were very accommodating and came to value my property within half an hour of me requesting a valuation. Before we had even signed the contract, they had arranged for agents from neighbouring offices to visit the property in person so they could effectively sell it over the phone and we accepted an offer after the very first viewing.

View AgentsFantastic service & support for landlords
We have been letting a property locally through James Anderson's East Sheen office for almost 5 years. Their service is always friendly and efficient. Recently they really have gone the extra mile when we have had to negotiate a tricky situation - the support and professional advice that we have had from lettings manager, Oliver, and lettings & portfolio co-ordinator, Sina have been outstanding.

View AgentsGreat Estate Agents!
James Anderson, East Sheen branch offered a very professional letting service. They were very prompt in listing my property and showing it to potential tenants. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to other landlords.

The reviewer ticked it on the review form, the agent recorded it, or the review says so. Reviews that do not say are not counted here, so the real number is usually higher.
