GoogleI have had great support over the last view months in sorting out some of those little things that just turn up and need to be fixed ASAP - like a radiator failing in the winter! Property Manager Charlie Wray in particular has been super helpful; very responsive to emails / calls, and able to get problems sorted rapidly to keep the tenants happy.

GoogleAfter the excellent service we received during the leasing of our flat, we've now moved into the Property Management side of things, and are very well pleased. Charlie, our assigned agent, is prompt and responsive, and liases well with our landlord. We didn't expect there to be any issues so early in our lease, but Charlie has handled them deftly and with courtesy.

Jenelle called on the same day to find out my requirements and in less than 15 minutes I had a couple of matching listings in my inbox and within a day had booked viewings!
