I had an excellent experience with Hunters/ the Lettings Agency in Greenwich, London. Shane (Senior Negotiator) is extremely helpful, very friendly and highly professional. Shane offered excellent customer service.Also very transparent and no hidden charges at Hunters. Based on my personal experience with Shane at Hunters I would highly recommend Hunters. Absolutely useless, caused a whole chain to collapse, never take calls never respond to emails! I'd avoid as much as possible and if your chain has them involved I wouldn't accept an offer, complete clowns

GoogleIt is a very professional estate agency I have been dealing with a number of years and have had no issues as I was dealing with Saif Shefe who would manage to resolve matters. I liked his efficiency in answering and returning calls back. I would strongly recommend to deal with Hunters whether it is Sales or Lettings.

Disgusting customer service. I've just called to book a viewing on a rental property and it sounded like the person was on loudspeaker - I could barely hear them and kept asking them to repeat themself. Then they informed me that it was for families only and slammed the phone down on me.

We are absolutely disgusted with the way we have been treated regards to renting a property through hunters.We were told a move in date only to have it changed last minute and changed again after booking moving van and getting deliveries organised to come the next day.I will never use hunters again.

Hunters BlackpoolThe sales staff are loud, pushy, and act like a bunch of failed double-glazing salesmen desperate to close a deal.The office staff are incompetent, can't take messages, calls are not responded to and wrong information given out.A big fat zero for customer service skills. Just plain rude.I wouldn't recommend them to sell a garden shed.

They were selling and letting my property at the same time and were just useless at both Both sales and lettings staff are incompetent Do not use either

Been calling them more then 10 times. They say they're busy and they will get someone to call back in 5 mins yet no call received since yesterday. How busy can anyone get for 2 days that they cannot call back to their customers. Been trying to book a viewing. NO RESULT.

Having recently sold and purchased a house with Hunters I found them to be extremely helpful, they answered every question I had with ease and no task for was too much. They made the sale and purchase less stressful. I was very happy with the level of service we received.

Very unprofessional company who bully young tenants into doing their dirty work for them to give them less work to do for the next tenants. Very unhelpful and ignorant staff who work in the offices who dont even Acknowledge that you're there when you walk in. Would recommend avoiding dealing with these at all costs.

Absolutely pleased with this Estate Agent, helpful all the way through a stressful time. Julian in particular goes above and beyond. Niall sorted things out quicker than the solicitor on the day off moving. Girls in office also helpful and efficient. Would def recommend

Hunters threw me out during the covid, send emails that are the opposite of what they say in phone calls, and talk down to you when they speak to you on the phone. I was at the huddersfield branch, go see for yourself as its run by a bunch of b*tches :)

Stanstead abbotts has a 'Hunters' and it is run by the nicest chap you could hope to meet...Adrian Fallart,He is honest,polite,realistic,and he has a very well looked after labrador who sits out the back.This guy is a complete pleasure to do business with,and I wouldn't hesitate to guide anyone to him.

TrustpilotI've rented with them for 6 years and…
I've rented with them for 6 years and wouldn't recommend. Took them over 2 months to give our deposit back because they were "busy". They also charged us insane contract renewal fees every year until the law finally stopped them from doing so.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
