GoogleWe used hunters to sell our house remotely and the process was very straight forward. Other businesses we spoke to didn’t seem interested, but Saif at Hunters was enthusiastic, professional and proactive. Estate agent was the rudest I've ever seen. Property was rented and we were not told before making a 1 hour trip. Arrived 4 mins past agreed time and we were insulted beyiond measure. I wish I could take legal action against them.

Anytime I contacted Bo Tsang or Steph-Pert-Thomas I got good service & any concerns were addressed quickly. Way Above Average help, lovely people who do their very best fora customer. We bought our house through Hunters. Would wait days for responses to emails, take multiple attempts to get them to pick up the phone and when we did get our new home we found that it was full of an absolute mountain of crap. So much for any due diligence before selling the house? Do they not check that the previous owners leave it in an acceptable state before handing it over?

They respond only to the simplest things. Whenever it becomes tiny bit more complicated - nothing is taken care of. We have a leaking pipe on the outside of our property for 8 months. We let them know about this in the first several weeks of our tenancy. Over 8 months it's been back and forth, and NOTHING about this leak has been fixed. Every time someone takes a shower, we have a shower in our conservatory. They do send the workers, true, but only when there is no rain. And these are new workers every time, who look at it, scratch their heads and do nothing.You need to chase them every day, if you want to have anything done. They don't care about you, don't care about the property. The worst experience with the estate agents in my 12 years of renting.

One of the worst agencies you can work with. We booked a viewing for a house, confirmed it that day, drove an hour, and nobody bothered to come. When finally reaching them, after numerous phone calls, they just said they tried to contact us for another day. We had no phone calls, no messages, nothing. The lady I talked to was stunningly rude and yelled constantly. Please STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

GoogleI had horrible experience with this agency, always trouble creation and extract money out of it. I have rented at many places before but have never faced such trouble that I have faced from Hunters. Very poor or no maintenance to the property and only view on how to fill their packets. One hand they say we have kept the property in best condition and other hand imposed charges. I would never ever deal with Hunters

THIS RELATES TO HUNTERS IN NORTHENDON M22 4FZ.I have been using Hunters for the last two years and I have to say they are shocking and that is an understatement. Do not use this company. You constantly have to chase them to do things which your paying them for and they never answer their phone. This place is run by Alan who seems to have a chip on his shoulder and under him is John who simply makes it up as he's goes along. I've just ended my agreement with them and my tenant called to say despite promises from them to refund the deposit he still hasn't been paid and could I call them I just did to help him out and was told by Alan they no longer work for me. Just being an absolute idiot with an attitude. He then hung up on me. I went their last week to get the keys back and Nick had been dealing with my account, got told by John he wasn't there and then 5 mins later he walks out of the back room. Just a couple of examples of the way Hunters operate. Stay away from them is my advice. Plenty of estate agents in this area to go to.

Dealing with anyone is this company is painful,we rented a property and hunters were in charge of it,we moved out over a month ago and left the property in good condition,but they took money for deep cleaning without our consent,they took other monies for items they claimed were missing,there emails to us were rude and dismissive,she always argued with everything we said,the most unprofessional person I have ever met,they stole our money from us and now we have to take legal proceedings against themWe are still waiting on receipts from the items they claimed to have bought & the deep cleaning,the apartment didn’t need to be deep cleaned,but the greedy landlord decided to keep most of depositAbsolute disgrace of a company won’t be dealing with them again

GoogleHonestly this agency is very poor at dealing with tenant complaints. We’ve had health issues from the mould which they refuse to sort out and the shed roof which leaks constantly and contains electrical products. It’s near impossible to get a hold of them and when we do they never fix anything. AVOID !!

Our house was for sale for 4 months with Hunters Ashford in Kent, we only had 3 actual viewings, never sold it, and had drama after drama. Cancelled viewings constantly, once notified to me by EMAIL the afternoon before! We asked and were assured we'd be told when viewings were done so we could re enter the property straight away, not once was this done. Never did anything other than suggest lowering the price to help sell it - not redoing wording, changing photos or doing extra promotions etc. Problems with initial photos too. Lazy and unprofessional at best.

I'm absolutely disgusted by the way the Yatton branch of Hunters have treated me and my family. 3 months I truly trusted the manager !! of them. she looked at my daughter saying I will make the dream for having this house comes true. 3 months lots of stress but we thought she knows what she's doing but all were just nothing. we were even selling our furniture getting ready for the new house. at the end we were being treated like rubbish for her. I never use them again.

Absolutely awful service from the Rugeley branch, had a viewing cancelled, my husband had to chase for next viewing only to be told the viewings were full and basically tough luck!! Then got a call to arrange a viewing, which we thought, ok let's go.... Only to show up and no one there.Rang the branch to be told they was viewing all morning so will call the lady who was doing the viewing.The nice young lady has to come back to us to tell us it was cancelled again and we should have received an email, which we never!The communication was truly awful, no follow up calls at all, absolutely dreadful Cust service...... Avoid!!!!!

Two weeks into owning this house it's clear there are several long-standing issues and that it hasn't been maintained by Hunters who you'd hope would have done some checks in the 6 months I was waiting to be allowed to move in. As of this morning the locking mechanism in the front door has broken (something like the 6th time I've been in and out) and they tell me it's not their responsibility. Basically another lot of people when buying a house who want a big fee but actually do very little. Missing a day of work for this.
