GoogleWe requested Hunters to find an occupant for our flat. We found Hunters staff to be very professional. In our case, we believe that the staff exceeded our expectations and were very well versed on the legalities over renting out a property. We would be happy to use Hunters again.

GoogleGreat with the sale itself - seems to be a smooth operation on this front. The moment keys are handed over, they become hopeless. More communication, lazy and unaccountable. If you really like the property which they have on their books, go for it but bear in mind that you are in for a rough ride.

GoogleAll communications with the West Hampstead branch have been quick, polite and helpful. They are always very clear about anything to do with our flat and lease etc, nothing was left unsaid or hidden, they were upfront about everything. We will continue to use them for any future properties.

GoogleAvoid like the plague - incapable, unprofessional, unreliable. Would not use them again in a million years. Do not rely on them to manage a property, they have no skills or resources to do so sufficiently. They don't have a proper complaints process so get away with unbelievably shoddy work.
