GoogleI’ve been a tenant for one year and is about to renew my lease with them. I was impressed from the beginning where they hired a very thorough company to do inventories before I moved in. Very efficient property management (had a few problems at the beginning of the tenancy with water pumps etc. but the independent contractors always come within one or two days or sometimes on the same day for urgent issues). Fair valuation of rent and everyone has been pleasant to deal with. I don’t normally write Google reviews but I hope this will help people who were in the same position as me last year find a flat in London for the first time with the right agent :)
