YellAwful experience
I definitely not recommend homesite. It was awful experience. They tried took all my deposit without any proof I won disputes so I got most of my money back . They charge for cleaning 1bed room flat 280£ where other agency charge around 80£. Please read contact carefully and read all documents u sign . all the time the communication was not clear and confusing.

Hi Lawrence, I’m sorry and surprised to hear you that you are dissatisfied with our service. Having personally dealt with your initial offer I felt we had a clear and concise dialogue which is supported by multiple written communications. I do appreciate it’s frustrating that the Landlord was not willing to accept the Terms you requested which was compounded yet further by the Landlord accepting another offer. However, it is ultimately the Landlord’s decision which offer they decide to accept. If you would like to have a more in depth discussion about this then I would be more than happy to either meet in person or speak on the phone, whichever is easiest for you. Hi Tim, I’m sorry to read your review in relation to the ongoing end of tenancy deposit deductions. For your tenancy we were only engaged on a let only basis so our scope of involvement in your case was very limited, although we have and continue to assist where we can. Response times were further impacted due to yourself and the landlord not communicating directly for most of the tenancy and throughout the deposit deduction process. As you are aware, approximately two weeks ago both yourself and the landlord agreed on the final deduction amount so the Deposit Protection Service are just waiting to receive email confirmation from you. Once received your deposit will be returned minus the agreed deduction. If we can help further then please let us know. The Homesite Team
