GoogleFantastic experience letting with this group! They were all very responsive and helpful with all of my queries. I worked closely with Akos and Kerri, both incredibly friendly and patient with all of my questions. I’ve used other rental agencies in London in the past and this has by far been my best experience. Would recommend without hesitation!

GoogleWe purchased our first home with Kyle from Homesforth and were absolutely thrilled with the whole end to end experience. Kyle ensured we completed quickly and answered all questions we had. He even organised for builders to carry out works before we completed (even picking up paint from our house!) which meant the flat was in perfect condition when we got the keys. Kyle even helped organised some bouquets of flowers to be delivered to the flat before we arrived on completion so that my partner could propose as we walked through the door! 10/10 experience I couldn’t fault Kyle and Homesforth in anyway and we will definitely work with them in the future at our next opportunity.

GoogleMy boyfriend and my two flatmates were worried when first looking for a place to live in London for the next 12 months but Homesforth took us in with ease and open arms and have allowed us to guarantee our future for the next year. We couldn't have asked for better people to deal with. Emailing Stephen at the start of the week put us right at ease. Greeting Leeward at the door of the flat who welcomed us in and gave us what we needed for the perfect viewing and we instantly fell in love. The final piece of the puzzle was the acceptance phone call from Stephen which was the day after the viewing. Trustworthy, efficient, genuine company 100% recommend using Homesforth.

GoogleLeeward did our viewing and we were really impressed by him. We’d done a lot of viewings at that point, and so many agents didn’t really care. We felt like Leeroy cared about us and kept us updated along the application process - which is super rare. It’s obviously something he doesn’t have to do, but it made the process much less stressful (and finding a place to rent is very stressful at the moment). He’s a great agent!

GoogleHad a quite poor experience from a prospective tenant perspective last year. Estate agent was friendly but late to the viewing and said he would send over photos of the property after the viewing but did not deliver on this. Later - once we had sent our references over - we had no confirmation that our info had been received and had to follow up to get updates on the progress of our enquiry. After the landlady failed to respond to Homesforth a week after we had sent our info, Stephen said he would send over a list of other available properties but we never heard back.
