GoogleHonestly one of the best housing experiences I’ve ever had. Not only do they always answer our calls but they are constantly checking in and making sure we are happy with our rental. Really take the time to check in and make sure we are happy and well sorted. Lovely staff and very helpful!

GoogleHomesforth are excellent! I just let my property out with them. Stephen and the team are excellent at getting plenty of viewings in, and when you have a tenant I was happy with I was super impressed by the efficiency and organisational skills displayed by Kerri. Kerri organised my inventory check, cleaning etc all for me. The team are just brilliant, and make everything very easy!

GoogleWe signed a flat from abroad with Akos and Kerri - couldn’t have been a better experience. From enquiry to contract signing, Homesforth made the process so easy and turned something very stressful to quite nice! Stephen now helps us with the flat and the landlords and he’s brilliant. Super responsive, sorted a lot before we moved in and continues to be on call for any issues. Can’t recommend Homesforth enough. Brilliant!

GoogleI had the distinct pleasure of working with Stephen Torres and his team to find a new tenant for the flat I was renting in London. They are extremely friendly, professional and trustworthy. To give an example of how easy it was to work with Homesforth. Even though I had to travel in the last month of my tenancy, I could fully trust Homesforth with my apartment keys and let them conduct viewings while I was away. This helped reduce the time it took to find a suitable tenant and minimise the number of viewing needed. Needless to say, I highly recommend Stephen and his team!

Stephen has been an absolute dream to work with from day one. He is helpful, reassuring & incredibly kind. He has gone above & beyond over & over to ensure that I would be able to secure my dream flat. He is communicative, down to earth & will give you the honest truth. Some companies will avoid the bad & not be honest about the flat, but Homesforth is transparent & realistic. They truly helped me find the perfect flat for me & made the process of securing it while overseas a breeze. I cannot recommend Stephen & his team highly enough!

We started our viewing process with Leeward, who was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely personable throughout. He knew exactly what we wanted and was able to source us the best property without hesitation! Quality service. Once we progressed matters, we engaged dealings with Stephen. Stephen is the best in the business when it comes to property. A man with experience (without mansplaining either), offered continual support throughout and kept us up to date every step of the way. Friendly, kind, a real salesman with a cracking sense of humour! Stephen is what we can only describe as a “property mogul”.
