Dear Mr. Panchal, Thank you for you review, which is unfortunately unjustified! Please be informed that we have many sitting tenants and ex-tenants from India and never had any problem with them. We always treat every tenant fairly. Actually, you violated the tenancy agreement by subletting our property to the tenants. Your illegal tenants informed us that you were charging them monthly "rent", which is illegal. Upon confirmation, we took prompt legal action against you. You were unable to confront the situation and flew from the property. Further, you also stopped taking our calls and we also reported this matter to the Home Office for the legal action by them. We always welcome people / tenants irrespective of their nationality, colour or creed. There are many new arrivals from India, who are happily living in our properties. Thanks and with best regards
