We used Havilands for the sale of our maisonette. They were professional and helpful throughout the process. The initial meeting with Jack was informative and helped us to understand the current market. They ensured we had at least one viewing a week and often more. These were communicated by text and email. Viewings were arranged at times to suit out busy schedule and were conducted by an experienced sales negotiator. Jordan often did these but others including Jay from the team did too. We always received timely feedback without needing to chase this up. Once a sale was agreed, Katie, Richard and James kept things moving and helped with smoothing over any troublesome issues and ensuring our exchange took place on the day we wanted it to. Thank you to the whole team at Havilands.

They showed excellent insight into what buyers were looking for and marketed the property promptly and well, which generated a healthy interest. The selling pack created and advertised was truly first class - professional pictures, insightful descriptions and very good presentation. Thank you to all at Haviland especially Richard. We bought our new house in Bush Hill Park completed in September 25 through Haviland. We sold at the same time it was a very short chain but fraught with trouble through no fault of ours or Haviland's. Richard worked tirelessly to get all the chain over the line, he was the only estate agent within the chain that did this. if he hadn't we would probably still be waiting in limbo. Haviland's is a great estate agent I would thoroughly recommend them They kept us informed always answered the phone and emails promptly. Within this review please note all purchasers don't use an online platform for your conveyancing, they are inefficient time wasters.

If I could give 0 stars I would. James at Havilands is an unethical person and estate agent. We were stuck in a chain where our seller's were buying a house which was under Havilands. When we put an offer for our house, we were told that we're in a contract race as the house our seller's want to buy (through Havilands) has another offer. Therefore it will really be down to who can get to exchange first. We worked extremely hard to get from offer to exchange in 3 weeks thinking we're there to only find out the estate agents were just playing with our lives to secure their commission. There was never a contract race, the sellers for the house through Havilands weren't even aware of our offer and were always going to go with the other party. We had given our landlord notice to leave that month because we were rushed by our sellers and estate agent so were basically going to become homeless. Due to our efforts, we got this over the line with no help from either Havilands or our estate agent. Never has an estate agent deserved their fees less. Do not recommend going with this estate agent at all!

I’m so disappointed how at the end of the contract when we moved from the flat the agents ask us to move stuff out and it doesn’t belong to us and clean it like we live in 5 stars and charge us for something it was on the day we moved in to the flat. Plus when I moved everything was dusted and cleaned and refreshed every room for 3 days because was so smell of dump and paying in advance 6 months. Probably the landlord painted again for the next catch.

I personally had a brilliant experience with Havilands. Ater looking for a property for over 1 year i changed areas i was viewing ,and came across Havilands. How refreshing from most of the other estate agents, mostly terrible. I had a 3 man team working with me Jordan who showed me the property i purchased. Jordan didn't try any hard sell answered my questions what he didn't know he didn't fob me off as if he knew, but said he would find out and get back to me. Again which was refreshing from some other estate agents. Also gave me really handy tips on solicitors not linked to Havilands to make the process run as smoothly as possible, as opposed to the generic one i was initially going to use. James, who was the essence of calm, and reassurance. Buying property can be such a nerve racking experience as it's a massive commitment. James provided that calmness required. was very quick and responsive to my queries. Also provided some valuable links. Katie, was the driving force who ensured everyone did what they had to do making sure i did what i had to do chasing the sellers if required, was like a bundle of energy. If you are a serious buyer and you really want your deal to go through quickly this is the team for you. As long as you are responsive, they will do the rest. My deal went through in 8 weeks from offer to completion, obviously the seller also has to be as responsive, Katie will be on the case if they are not.
