GoogleWe've had the absolute pleasure of working with Joseph when looking for a place to rent. He was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful - we felt very looked after throughout, and had no doubt that we're in good hands. Even since finding the right property the process has remained easy, clear and transparent - Joseph and Mia have been lovely to work with. Would strongly reccomend Hausman & Holmes to anyone!

GoogleWeβve used the services of Hausman and Homles on a number of occasions over a ten year period, and I must say that theyβve always been brilliant. They have outstanding work ethics, and they deliver professional but yet very personal service. Every time we have to move office, we contact them, and miraculously they are always able to find us the right deal in the precise moment we need it. I would like to thank you all for the outstanding service, and hope to continue our collaboration for the years to come.

GoogleI have been a tenant of Hausman & Holmes for 8 years, bought my own place now and hence moving out. Bitter sweet moment for me. They have been fantastic and thought I'd write about my experience and encourage those in NW11 to use them if possible. I've been dealing with Joseph since I started looking for properties to rent 8 years back, and I have to say it's always been a pleasure. The experience of signing the lease was absolutely painless, they took care of it over the phone and emails and I had my keys handed to me on the day I started. Since then, they have been taking care of the property for me and have worked with the landlord to get the maintenance, etc. taken care of. Of course, things do break when living in a property, but are taken care of as quickly as possible. No problem too big, even had my boiler replaced when needed. I'd happily recommend Hausman & Holmes to others if looking for rentals in the area - and I'd be more than happy to use them again if I sell or rent. Good job, guys - keep up the positive 'Can do' attitude

GoogleHaving rented in different addresses for the last 15 years we have never had the level of service offered by Housman and Holmes, both in helping us find our ideal place but also in managing the property. They were impeccable from our first viewing: incredibly helpful, professional, courteous, thorough. Joseph, the letting agent, is one of a kind -- accessible, reliable, endlessly patient and thoughtful. We were impressed at the whole agency's level of organization, with dedicated staff working on the different areas, all to the highest standards. We have only positive things to say about Housman and Holmes and would recommend them to anyone. Best experience imaginable for an already stressful process.
