Harvey & Wheeler have done a wonderful job of selling the house my brother and I grew up in on the Whytefield Estate. They found the right buyer, who loved the house and was enthusiastic enough to stick with it through the sales process. Sunitha worked really hard to keep in touch, and was always easy to contact. She dealt rapidly and methodically with all the issues that inevitably arise. She has great judgement about how to keep the process on track. We got an excellent price, but more than that the process was much less stressful than I anticipated. I felt properly looked after, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other sellers. Five stars.

I bought my house through Harvey & Wheeler over 22 years ago and they have just sold it for me, so I have experience of both ends of the chain as it were. The service Mell and colleagues provided was superb! Highly professional, extremely knowledgeable about the market and area, and simply lovely staff to deal with. I was selling having already moved 85 miles away and it was a huge relief to know that in my absence I could leave everything in their more than capable hands. Estate agents often get a poor press, sometimes with justification, but Harvey & Wheeler are as far from the stereotyped "wide-boy" image as it's possible to be. They delivered everything they offered and much more, with a smile too. Their appraisal and valuation was spot on, to my delight, and I was kept up to date with every development throughout. I can whole heartedly recommend this company both as a buyer and seller.

Having relocated from overseas, our situation was not straight-forward, but they supported negotiations and resolving some administrative hurdles so we could move in quickly. As tenants, the property management team has been really impressive. Communication is excellent and any issues have been dealt with very quickly. They clearly have a strong network of quality tradespeople to maintain the properties they manage.
