I had excellent service from the team at H & W in selling my house. From the start when creating the brochure, to managing the viewing and finally working through the offer, I felt very well supported through the process and received excellent advice at each stage. A special mention to Caroline, Sunitha and Sophie who kept me informed at each stage and were all always available to help. I have no reservations in recommending Harvey & Wheeler, their experience of the Dulwich area is very clear and their personal service made it a pleasure to work with them.

Excellent service. All phone calls and emails were promptly responded to. I was greeted by name each time I telephoned, recognising my number, making me feel confident and looked after. I was given sound advice on the condition and appearance the property should be in for both the photography and viewings. I was emailed and texted each time a viewing was arranged, notified which team member would be there and the name of the viewer. I was also debriefed two days later and the feedback was very useful. The entire process went very smoothly and took just two months from accepting the offer to exchange.(Completion was 10 days later at my request) I was updated with progress throughout the process and Harvey & Wheeler guided me through and liaised frequently with my solicitor, leaving me very little to do myself. I can recommend them very highly.

Harvey & Wheeler are honestly the best estate agents we have ever dealt with. We are in the world of property ourselves, so have a pretty good knowledge of a variety of big name agents. This company are totally different and it was smooth from start to finish. Wow. What an amazing experience I had dealing with Wesley at H&W. I have been using a much larger local agent locally but over the years felt that there no longer was a personal touch so decided to look at H&W. I contacted Wesley who came around the next day and had a look at the property. He gave me some tips on what would be good improvements to make to get it let asap. I proceeded to organise the renovations. Once done Wesley came around and gave me a figure of what we can achieve for the rental. He booked 3 viewings on the same day and we had 3 offers at full asking. What more can a landlord ask for? Wesley is an outstanding estate agent, on the ball and really knows the market well. Harvey and Wheeler sold my substantial property in the Dulwich area in late 2020. I primarily dealt with Melanie and Sunitha who were both fantastic and professional in their approach. They know the Dulwich, Peckham, Herne Hill, and West Norwood market like no other agency. What i think is exceptional about Melanie in particular is she visited the property a few months before i planned to sell and advised me on a few "touch ups".
