TrustpilotExtremely poor communication and disappointing service
I tried to arrange a viewing for a rental property in Admiralty Walk, Whitstable, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. I received only a generic automated email response, and despite leaving messages requesting a call back, nobody ever contacted me. I eventually managed to speak to the lady handling lettings, but I was brushed off and no follow‑up was provided.
Throughout the process I felt ignored and undervalued as a prospective tenant. It left me with the impression that unless you fit a certain profile, your enquiry simply isn’t taken seriously. While that may not be fact, it was certainly the feeling created by the lack of communication and care.
Overall, the service was shoddy, unprofessional, and disappointing. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
