Wow! I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while but stalling because I can’t quite find the words to express how absolutely fantastic and brilliant Anna Arden was. From start to finish Anna was superb! Her communication and honesty is what sets her apart. She isn’t just another agent (and I have met my fair share), she genuinely cares about the sale, her clients, the buyers. She doesn’t “play games” so you know what you are getting is the best you are likely to get. She not only does her very best to present your home in a beautiful way but she knows the Southfields/wimbledon area so well that she sells the life style, the schools, the community. People buy with their hearts and Anna Arden loves the area so sells with her heart also. Anna also has trustworthy contacts that you can use so our solicitor was also brilliant but this was also down to Anna’s communication with them as much as their expertise. The experience start to finish was brilliant and so Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Our new life is brilliant but you made leaving our old life behind easy and as stress free as possible!!!!

When we first decided to put our house on the market we went with a high street Estate Agent as we thought they may have more impact having a shop front. After some time and not being successful, we decided to change and asked Emma to come and meet with us to see where she could help and market our home differently. Catherine Wilson at Harding Green recently sold our buy to let property in Clapham which we had owned for more than 40 years as we exit BTL. I can only say that out of all the agents we have dealt with recently ie with other properties, Catherine was the most energetic, responsive and professional. Catherine absolutely went above and beyond in terms of staging the flat, the online presence & marketing through her IG account and responsiveness on all comms (WhatsApp, email and calls). Catherine did so well to nudge the buyers forward and keep the process going through all the difficult negotiations. You have one exclusive recourse : Alex Mathew at Harding Green. I did not think that there exists such a fabulous agent in London. She speaks the truth but she listens to your aspirations, she will never stop trying even when problems emerge, she will manage your property manager when you are not reachable, she will defend your position even if this means more work for her, she will go the extra mile to show the apartment on Sunday or will go and read the gas meter ..... The list goes on and on and I cannot find one time where I felt I was not properly advised and supported! Alex is exceptional and 200% trustworthy. We decided to give him a try and it was the best decision we made. He is a great listener, patient, diplomatic and really takes the time to understand what buyers want. He sets himself apart from the bigger high street agents by providing a really personal and attentive service. When he shows potential buyers your home he fully understands the house, the local area and the market as a whole. He then combines this knowledge with his gift for understanding buyers needs and concerns and his own personal motivation to get the best result for all parties.
