GoogleWorst experience with letting agency ever . The flat was not ready to move in . No support from the agent at all . Luckily the landlord was responsible .

GoogleCharlie B. was very easy and pleasant to talk to over the long and extenuating process of finding a home in London. His patience was only exceeded by his efforts to find what I was looking for. Differently from most other agents I met, he listened and tried to find a way to get the contract closer to what I needed. Most important of all, he always returns your calls and txts!
