Danish Ashraf Property Manager at Hamptons has supported me as Landlord to a rental property. I highly recommend Danish for various reasons. He gets it ! I mean by default he strongly represents my interests as a Landlord. He is imaginative and proactive with solutions to problems. Shows he is experienced with his knowledge and thoroughness with all property matters. He has never lost his cool - and circumstances at times, have been adverse. His reputation obviously extends to the contractors we employ, as they evidently have a good relationship with him - a great benefit to a Landlord. And finally he has a great sense of humour - you can get him to chuckle, even with the xxxx is hitting the fan ! You will be a lucky Landlord if Danish is your PM.

I have always had a very positive experience dealing with Danish Ashraf at Hamptons. Danish is consistently professional, responsive and extremely helpful, always dealing with queries promptly and keeping me updated whenever required. His communication is always clear and efficient, and he is consistently approachable and happy to help with any issues that arise. He is also very proactive and always seems to be ahead of the curve, often anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes an issue. It is reassuring to have a property manager who takes ownership of matters, follows through and is always willing to assist. I have been very pleased with the service provided by Danish and would be very happy to recommend him and Hamptons.

Having had to deal with a well know agent in my last letting in central London I was not looking forward to my new letting search. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to, making communication with the landlord smooth when negotiating the offer.
