GoogleWould not recommend to anyone. It's not an agency you can trust. We paid our holding deposit and were supposed to move into a flat 2 months later. After chasing them on and on we finally managed to get a contract about 2 weeks and a half before we were supposed to move in the flat. We had been told some elements during our viewings that were contradicting the contract. We asked some questions and as a answer to these questions they simply cancelled the contract, 2 weeks before we were supposed to move into the property and just told us that the landlord did not want to rent the property anymore. They did not give us any extra reasons and did not help us to find anything else. They are not trustworthy and have very obscure practices.

GoogleThroughout my tenancy, I didn’t find these agents too bad. Any issues were sorted fairly quickly and it was mainly plain sailing… until we moved out! One particular agent here, whom I won’t name, is the most unprofessional and incompetent person I have ever had to deal with. This person is exactly what gives estate agents a bad name and tried to shaft us with our contract and deposit. I won’t go into all the details, but this person is rude and clearly has no knowledge of how a contract works. I just hope other innocent tenants aren’t cheated because of an arrogant individual. Try to avoid this agent if you can, but if you do use them be very wary. Would give less than half a star if I could simply because of this individual.

GoogleI have been a client of Hammonds Estates for the past 5 years, and have used them several times to find tenants for my properties. Having previously had bad experiences with some of the larger london agents, I can only describe the service provided by Hammonds as outstanding. From the initial instruction their communication was excellent, and they handled the letting of my property in a very proffesional manner. On each occasion they have managed to source very high quality tenants within a few viewings, and over a 5 year period I have not had a single void period. It goes without saying that I would highly recommend any landlord to use Hammonds Estates, and they will be guaranteed a straightforward, efficient and transparent letting service.

GoogleWorst real estate agent in London you can find. Not helpful at all! They renting out mouldy and water damaged flats, which you just see when it is too late and than they just take your holding deposit money. Do yourself a favour and go to bridge or felicity j Lord . They are way better, professional and really know what costumer service means.
