We're currently renting a flat using haart agency and our experience with that agency was great, especially dealing with Elisa Achampong. She's not only been very professional but also super kind and friendly. She was super patient with us and answered all the questions we had. It has been challenging for both sides and Elisa handled it very professionally. She helped us not only to find a new flat we like but also to sort out all our problems along the way. Haart listed a property that myself and my partner were desperate to view, I phoned to enquire about a viewing only about an hour after it was added to Rightmove. Was told we could view on Saturday (it was Monday at this point) and that an agent would call me back to arrange a time. Well I heard nothing so I phoned back the following morning only to find it had been let on the prior evening?! We would’ve come to view that evening if they had just told us they had viewings available. Seriously unprofessional, and really disappointing experience.

Worst experience ever renting a place with haart. A lot of maintenance issues, some of the agents very unprofessional and lack of communication. The house had big issues with mold, lots of it in the hallway and bathroom. We agreed to rent the place because they promised that all will be cleaned by the day we move in, of course it wasn’t we wait for them almost 3 more months to do it, they were not answering or returning our calls during that period. 2 days before Christmas we the electricity in the kitchen broke, they replied very late and said that we should be fine without it. What? During Christmas without appliances? They sent an electrician a few days after Christmas. In November the electricity in bathroom broke, they replied after a month, they sent someone to repair it at the beginning of February. Last week the lever from the bathroom tap broke and they still did not reply yet and the water is constantly flowing.
