GoogleI genuinely I find dealing with property managers stressful as I can find the whole experience overwhelming but my property manager Natasha Pin brings warmth, kindness and reliability that Iβve not experienced anywhere else. The best thing I can say is I never want her to be replaced! Great service, I can truly say Iβm very grateful and appreciative for everything sheβs done for me so far.

Our agent, Elisa, has been incredibly helpful and approachable from the beginning and made our transition as smooth as possible. Even after we moved to our new home, she helped us to quickly solve some minor issues in the house. Overall it was a great experience - strongly recommended!

Before the property even went live online, Tilly had an offer at asking price. Unbelievable work. So efficient and always willing to go over and above. Remarkable and highly recommended.

GoogleDav Vatanov didn't provide complete information and miss guide every day for the last 3 weeks. He makes everything massed up now. Every day, he was saying my everything is OK since yesterday for reference and now telling me all declines and telling me that we are not getting back the holding deposit.

I was looking and looking and I did not find nothing. In the end i find Haart Estate Agency. I find a woman which did everything for us to be done in one week. Haart is the agency that help me when I was thinking that I cannot. I find Leila, she was the lady that find for me the best property ever with a really good price and good location. GoogleVery disappointing experience. When you are trying to rent the property everything seems fine and communication is good. However once the contact is signed and you need maintenance support they simply do not care.

They are always there to answer any questions, and never complained about doing extra work. With their help I don't even need to go to the apartment, which saves me a lot of time and trouble.
