GoogleOne of the nicer agencies we've dealt with in London where it felt like they actually care about you as a person and getting things done with our best interests in mind as the tenant and not just working for the benefit of the landlord. The only thing I would say is that the third party referencing company they use were woeful to deal with. Good experience with the agency itself.

GoogleReally pleased with the service we received from the team in Wimbledon, really gave us (first time buyers) and insight to the process of purchasing in the current market. Adam was a fountain of knowledge and gave us clarity on what we would have to do in order to secure a property in the area.

GoogleVery unprofessional. Trying to leave a property and find out safety deposit info with poor communication from landlord via the phone and no communication with haart even after I’ve called twice speaking to staff explaining but have never received a call back. It’s been over a week now…
