My appointment was cancelled 15 min before.
Agent replied · 25 November 2023
Dear Customer Firstly apologies again for the cancellation of your appointment, unfortunately this can happen due to unforeseen circumstances due to a tenant not allowing us access, the property being taken off the market or a key issue. Its as frustrating for our agents as it is for our customers and we do understand how important your time is. Hopefully our agent has contacted you to re arrange the viewing.
