GoogleRyan and his team are amazing. Rented a flat through them and they had great communication (at any time of day), quick to sort any issues, and so friendly and helpful. The best agency I've ever dealt with and would recommend them to anyone looking for a property in the area.

GoogleWe recently rented a property for over a year with Grays Residential, and the experience was nothing but enjoyable. Having had a lot of unpleasant experiences with landlords/letting agents, it was nice to see that there are some companies/landlords out there who still take great pride in what they do and don’t try and rip you off. Check-in/check-out was smooth and quick, never any problems getting support if issues went wrong in the house, and the communication was clear and effective so we always knew where we stood. No unnecessary deposit deductions too! Would highly recommend, and if I’m in the rental market again, will likely be reusing!

GoogleGrays Residential was incredibly misleading throughout our entire experience. They manipulated us into thinking we were getting a good deal, but in reality, they were asking for unreasonable amounts of money just to move in. Their tactics were deceptive, and it felt like they were only interested in squeezing as much money out of us as possible. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone, beware of their shady practices!

GoogleUnfortunately my experience with Grays Residential was extremely disappointing. They made false accusations against us with absolutely no evidence to back them up, and when we asked for proof, they couldn’t provide any. Their approach was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of integrity.

GoogleRyan and Liam are brilliant letting agents. Our landlord changed to them soon after our tenancy began and the transition was seamless. Always available, very reasonable and genuine, good people.
