GoogleGo View acted for the seller but, our buying experience was that they took a proactive project management approach to the sale and were instrumental in expediting the transaction. As a non practicing Chartered Surveyor I can confidently say that you get a very personal and local service here, in contrast to my experience with some of the larger chains of agents. Simon

GoogleThe individual staff were very helpful in particular Nick Hallisey who is always very prompt , accomodating and approachable. However the company is very insistent on you reviewing them afterwards which is irritating and costs them a star in my opinion.

GoogleDon't believe everything they tell you over the phone and ask they put it in the contract or in writing. Lied about when keys were returned so they could charge more rent and they failed to carry out maintenance a number of times leaving us with no hot water and heating for weeks. I would never do business with them again. Stay away!NegativeQuality, Professionalism
