GoogleOne of the most unprofessional and incompetent companies I have ever come across.
A small selection below of their failings:
- Consistently ignoring emails
- Failure to visit and inspect property annually, despite contractual obligation and landlord prompting
- Poor quality handymen and electricians: the electrician stole some of the electrical fittings; the handyman left oily handprints everywhere and the painter left paint all over the soft furnishings
- Dozy and complacent employees
- Rude and arrogant office manager
- Lost keys
- Appalling check-in/out clerk appointed, leading to large financial losses
- Financial statements not sent.......
I could go on. Frustrating and infuriating experience. I have no idea how they are still in business.

GoogleI paid 6 months of rent upfront due to being an international student. Soon after living there, the water would not turn on in the shower. I sent a request for maintenance on 2 November and no one came to look at it until 19 November. It was not fixed until even later. I wouldn't let anyone I know rent through this specific agency due to this.
