GoogleBogart and Stuart have been super helpful, patient and professional with the sale of my parents property in Royal Wharf, despite the time difference (+- 8hours) from Hong Kong they always respond promptly provided me with everything I need. Stuart managed both sellers and buyers expectations well, we both have tight schedule of moving in and outs. Myself has a less fortunate experience with rental with Foxtons that would be another review.

GoogleGood at getting you onboard but property management is not at a satisfactory level. Throughout our 1 year at a rental property, issues would take a while to resolve or be ignored. Now that we moved out, a month later, they still didn't return our deposit and been ghosting us for the last 3 weeks.

GoogleI'd made an offer on a Foxton's property when my sale fell through. Fearing I'd lose the chain, or have to rent-to-buy, I fired my old estate agents and asked Foxton's to sell my property. The same day that I signed the contract with them in the morning, they had a viewer in my house by 6pm. Within a week I had an Accepted offer and my chain was preserved. They are motivated, responsive and very, very quick. Really impressive given my old local estate agent took 6 months to get me 2 offers.

GoogleFoxtons is one of the best agency I have met so far. Without hesitation ,I would recommend one of their agent named Imtiaz Uz-Zaman who was really helpful to find us an apartment in our demand. He was always there for us and always replied to our call and email very quickly as I have experienced with other company which take ages to call back or email back. Foxtons should be proud to have a gentleman like that to work in their team. I appreciate and very grateful to Imtiaz and i believe he will keep up the good job. Thank you again to Imtiaz ,you really got us what we wanted.

GoogleAntoniya (Jackson) has been really great helping us get our dream apartment. When we contacted her a few months ago what the apartment we wanted wasn’t there yet and she really kept a look out for us and kept us up to date, so when the moment came our dream apartment became available she let us know immediately so she enabled us to move super fast. She was also a great help through out the application process and so on. Cant recommend her enough. :-)

GoogleStay away!! Terrible! Like vultures to gain your business, once they've taken your money they will never return your calls. They will let your property to people who cant afford it without your consent. The worste agency I've ever dealt with. Not professional, negligent, poor value, substandard service and I suspect high misconduct.

GoogleTenants beware!. We rented a flat at 41 Millhouse from Foxtons that still has no hot water to the bath or shower after 7 weeks! Numerous defects from the start including faulty electrics, no heating , broken door and window. Terrible customer service, complete lack of urgency to resolve the lack of hot water. Please do not risk renting form this agency, there are plenty of alternatives

GoogleI have had the most seamless property search with Toni from Foxtons. She was super helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond so I can find the most suitable flat for me. Her help included quick responses, a personalised and friendly communication, help in understanding the process and even same day property viewings as I was really keen on finding a place asap. I couldn't be happier from the service provided by Foxtons.
