GoogleSeriously I cant believe anyone would use this agency, they are horrible to deal with and just waste your time trying to convince you to see properties you cant afford and they kept constantly trying to arrange for me to see their mortgage brokers when I explained on numerous occasions that I had already had a mortgage in place.

GoogleExtremely poor service. The inventory was not created in a professional way and missed a lot of significant details (e.g. pests in the flat) and the agency did not bother to help us in any way in liaising with the landlord to bring the flat to health and safety condition you'd expect from a property in 2016.
