GoogleI was looking to buy a property in Clerkenwell. Mike Ihnatyszyn had provided me with an excellent service while looking for flats. He really understood my needs and requirements but unfortunately I ended up buying a flat that was marketed through another agent. I will be using Foxtons again when I look to up-size and I will recommend them to my friends.

GoogleLooking to rent in the area with a budget of 415-450pw. We had heard a lot of bad things about Foxtons, but I must say the agent we worked with was excellent. We are relocating from abroad, and the agent kept in contact regularly for weeks before our viewing schedule, and then spent 3 hours with us, showing us properties.

GoogleI bought a flat through Foxtons, Clerkenwell where my only contact was Mike Ihnatyszyn. He was both professional and friendly throughout the process and I suspect (though he never said so) that he had to use all his skills to placate the vendor when my mortgage application was progressing at snails pace. I would be happy to use him again.

GoogleCalled up looking for a one bedroom flat to rent, the lady on the phone sent me properties well over my price range and suggested, "little over your budget". In the end I received properties and phone calls from all other people working in the company, no idea who they are! Do not waste your time!

GoogleOn the intial viewing, the lady agent didn't turn up as agreed but got a phonecall from her colleague instead. We rescheduled for another time and glad that we did. Yann-Pierre (Foxtons Clerkenwell) is very accomodating and efficient. Managed to find a property that suits our requirements ☺️

GoogleAbsolute shambolic company, don't answer the phone or call you back and when you finally see a property the estate agent tells you the opposite details of what they actually are.

GoogleGreat experience with Jean-Pierre Clapes from Foxtons. He spent time to understand our desired features of the property and always managed to recommend extra options during the searching process which made our viewings very efficient. If you need a proactive and caring agent, worth considering him.

GoogleProperty manager Edward Badu-Adom has basically no interest in helping the customers. Have been chasing him for over 2 weeks. He is great at promising to get things done that day everytime. We cannot get anything done since we moved in.

GoogleI have been dealing with Toby Culham at the Clerkenwell office. He is very charming and has gone out of his way to help me. He listens to what my requirements are and is very thoughtful in his choice of properties to show me.
