GoogleFoxton E&C’s management of my property checkout - bread and butter work for a lettings agent you would think - has been extremely poor. I had to manage the process rather than relying on them to do so. The whole experience has been time-consuming and immensely frustrating.

DISCRIMINATES IF YOU HAVE AN ILLNESS AND TRY STRING YOU ALONG AND 25 MINUTES FROM APPOINTMENT SHE CANCELED AND CLAIMED SHE JUST FOUND OUT HOUSING BENEFIT NOT ACCEPTED. COME ON NOW, YOU'RE AN ESTATE AGENT...HOW COULD YOU NOT KNOW THIS? IF YOU HAVE ANY ILLNESSES, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

GoogleWe are very satisfied with our rental agent, Solomon, in this new foxtons branch. He was very active and informative about the units we saw in the viewings, kindly accommodating the late hours for the viewings. He was very efficient throughout the process, and addressed our questions and concerns in great fashion. I highly recommend him.

GoogleMoved in the flat today to find out it was not ready. The cleaning team was still working and inventory staff was doing flat checking. My flat was busier than my office. I suppose it's not the best move-in day experience as you imagine.
