GoogleWe had a great experience with Juste. We really felt she understood what we were looking for, she was communicative and very professional. I'd say definitely the best experience we've had with an estate agent, and we've moved around a lot!

GoogleDespite repeated requests for them to stop calling me, Foxtons continually call with harassing phone calls trying to get me to sign up with them. The be asked about 4 times to be taken off all call lists but the calls don't stop - avoid.

GoogleThey put a tenant in my property without telling me they only got referenced under gaurantor. The tenants now been late twice with rent in a six month period. Alongside, I had multiple issues with the management fee, service and speed of response. They charged 6K commission...

GoogleWould definitely recommend Foxtons to anyone looking to rent. They’re extremely helpful and communication is brilliant. Our agent, Aidan, has helped us find a place the day after our first landlord pulled out, so thanks to him our plans don’t have to change.

GoogleI very much felt that Aidan H went above and beyond for us. He drove us around 4 or 5 different properties and was lovely company along the way. He seemed very motivated to find us the right place. My only crit would be generally Foxton's properties seem to have slightly high asking prices, although flexibility is often expressed.

GoogleAidan H was exceptional in the information he provided to my partner and I. He chased everything and ensured everything was in the right order and the right time. Things did feel a bit rushed though but otherwise a very good agent.

GooglePoor communication, false advertising and time wasting. I put on offer a flat still didn't hear any solid news back from the landlord and the estate agency. Such a shame.
