So far we have been extremely impressed by foxton. They have been very efficient and communication has been outstanding. The team has made the sale of our property smooth so far. Michelle in particular has been an amazing agent with prompt updates and has our full confidence. Sar has been showing potential buyers our property and has a great demeanour and presented key points which was very reassuring. We certainly feel like we have made the right decision by enlisting foxton to sell our property. The website and portal is extremely useful and provides you with everything you need as both a seller and buyer. It is constantly updated and we don't feel the need to chase members of the team. Extremely organised. Certainly recommend.

My partner and me met Wiktoria Babicz back in October, and she immediately understood what we were looking for. All the flats she proposed matched our needs perfectly, and we felt truly well supported throughout the whole process. The purchase journey wasn’t easy for us, unfortunately, we had to withdraw from the first flat we had fallen in love with. The issue turned out to be a rabbit hole related to fire safety regulations, something nobody could have been really aware of at the beginning. Once we learned that lesson, we made sure to always ask whether a building is ESW1 compliant or if a fire safety assessment is up to date before moving forward. Agents precise like Wiktoria will guide you through this and provide all the necessary information to help you make an informed decision. If someone tries to avoid the topic or gives you vague answers, they’re probably not the right agent for you! Now we’ve finally bought our second choice, and Wiktoria guided us very promptly and patiently through the whole process, even when things weren’t easy to deal with. We’re very happy!

Decided to proceed with Foxtons due to their accessibility to the wider market, however it has been the worse experience ever. We were asked to lower our price almost 4 times to attract offers over the price, however, this was only met with lower offers. With their experience, I would’ve thought this wouldn’t happen. Furthermore, the sales manager dealing with our query initially hadn’t responded for almost a month, it was only when we decided to call for an update- we were told he left and there was a new sales manager… not the type of service you would expect from a “highly regarded brand”. The communication is appalling and you have to chase them for updates. There are far more negatives to be added but I’ll keep that to myself for now & I just wanted to highlight the main issues we’ve experienced.

Seth drove us around to do a group of viewings one Saturday morning, which was really helpful and answered any questions we had. Overall working with Foxtons to sell my property was a positive experience. Commission is higher than some of the other local estate agents but the intensity of marketing brought in a lot of viewers including those from outside of the listed area and at a consistent rate throughout the week working late on weekday evenings as well which was great. Oshae knew my property very well by the end! The sales manager Saima was also a pleasure to work with and highly professional in getting this over the line. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel there could have been some more pressure applied to my buyer in the middle stage of the sale as the buyer started taking too long on certain parts of the cycle which delayed the sale but once the sales management were on the case again we were able to get the processing moving smoothly and communication was great

We have been looking over some properties all around in the last few weeks, and most of them was not true to the pictures and we met unprofessionalism everywhere from letting agents. When we went to Foxton's it was a completely different experience. Not only our agent Ayanda show great care and true professionalism, but everyone we spoke to was friendly and clear. We managed to get a property with them in just a few days after we put in an offer. Foxton's were always highly regarded and now I understand why. Definitely recommend it. Do not monitor there emails & phones. Fight for a replying. Landlord complained about them constantly to us. Please find email attached which has been chased by us & still ignored by foxtons. They ask you for 5 star reviews when viewing a property, then there attention stops soon as you sign paper.

Our experience with Foxtons was of an agency that cares deeply about customer experience. It was by far the best experience in our long hunt for a flat. Adrian Cheung, the agent that helped us was such a pleasant, informative and overall very helpful person. He took us to an amazing property, and he even waited for my girlfriend to join us to see the flat, even though he had a very busy day.
