Foxtons London reviews

Nia has been an excellent agent. As a first time buyer, she proactively organised sets of viewings more than once to look at several places in one go, to save me time and show me my options. She showed me a couple of places that I wouldn't have picked out, but she honed in on my requirements quickly - and in fact, the property I'm buying now is one of those places. Recommended!

I worked with Habiba to find accommodation moving to London for the first time from abroad and she worked SO hard for me and my family to find something suitable. Professional, caring, and truly went above and beyond in helping us. A level of care and humanity that meant so much to us!!

Foxtons were very helpful and professional throughout the purchase process. Wiktoria was very responsive and helped demystify the process for me as a first time buyer. The properties I saw were carefully selected and well aligned to my needs, and the actual purchase process was managed efficiently and supportively throughout. I would recommend working with Foxtons and Wiktoria especially.

We recently bought a property through Foxtons and the quality of the service was exemplary. We worked closely with Nia, who was patient, helpful, organised and made this process go as smoothly as possible for us. It is a rarity in this market to come across and Estate Agent who treats buyers as important as sellers, and Foxtons definitely proved it's not only possible to be helpful and polite - it's imperative for a good transaction. I would highly recommend.

We sold our property through Foxtons- and I can definitely say the agents here go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and goes as smooth and fast as possible. Giles has been so patient and worked tirelessly even during his holidays to make sure the solicitors are moving things forward in due time. The fee is indeed higher than other agencies, but overall I feel it is worth it- as they get it done. Thank you Giles and team ✨✨✨

We bought a property through these guys and frankly it was a pretty poor experience. Right from the start there was fabricated urgency (we have since met the seller of our property who confirmed that none of the alleged urgency came from them). There were also a bunch of additional helpful instructions and details provided by the seller that the agents completely failed to pass on after the sale, presumably because they had received their commission so they didn't care any longer. Sadly, as a buyer you don't get to choose the agent handling the property you want to buy, but based on our experience we certainly won't be using Foxtons if we ever want to sell our property.

I cannot recommend Foxtons enough. Nadia from this branch was honestly an absolute dream, I’ve never experienced anyone like her in the property sector. From the moment she first called she was so incredibly warm, friendly and attentive, I knew we were in good hands. I was so stressed before finding Foxtons as we needed a HMO property and Nadia elected that she would solve all our problems - and she did. We now live in the home of our dreams on a top floor in a brand new development and within our budget! Nadia was a dream to deal with, calling and voice noting to ease us through the process with updates and property suggestions and from the outset I knew I could rely on her trustworthiness and sincerity. I know our life in London right now would not be the same if not for Nadia and Foxtons - thank you so much for everything!

I got our first property through foxtons and we were very pleased with the service from the beginning till the end Franklin Russell was always available for us and helped as much as he can in communicating with the seller and us. I can say that I was in good hands 🙌🏽

Dealt with Nia at Foxtons as a buyer and it was pure joy, one of the most proactive estate agents I have dealt with. Will definitely use her when it is time to sell my property.

Me and my husband have purchased our first property through Foxtons and it’s thanks to Wiktoria. She was the one that suggested we visited the development, not exactly what we thought we wanted but we both fell in love with it once we saw it. Wiktoria was very attentive throughout the all process and kept calling asking for updates and offering her help. When the situation got stuck she jumped in and helped. I can say she definitely cares about her clients and wants what’s best for them.

We had a wonderful experience with Wiktoria. She genuinely cared about helping me and my partner find the right home, listening closely to what we were looking for and guiding us every step of the way. Her professionalism and sincere intent to match us with the perfect place really stood out. Her caring approach made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. We're so grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone searching for a new home.

Ayanda from Foxtons helped me in locating my first rental home in the UK! We were able to locate a property quickly and got the deal agreed the same day! Especially Ayanda's quick and patient answers to my questions and her extremely careful and polite nature made me think about how lucky I was to have the opportunity to meet and work with her. Extremely satisfied with her service and Foxtons as a company, thank you!

We have been working with Hilary Walters on our house buy as First Time Buyers and she has been amazing. We were also expecting our first baby in this process and Hilary was always there for us when we had a question and/or chased the sellers/solicitors on our behalf to help us manage our stress levels. Could have given 10 stars if I could.
