Awful company to work with, appointed Foxtons as letting agents. Poor diligence on tenants, who didn't pay rent and Foxtons continued to pursue commission and used bullying tactics. Won't let via them again and highly avoid.

Got a valuation and am now plagued by calls despite telling them multiple times I’ve gone with a different estate agent (one that wasn’t charging excessive commission!). Very aggressive sales, and very inflated valuation figures - beware!

I purchased a property through Foxtons and my experience was excellent throughout. The two people who stood out most for me were Samantha Wilson and Chekira Carty. I dealt mainly with Samantha but they both were super friendly, helpful and always on top of everything. Highly recommend Foxtons to anyone.
