GoogleI’ve worked with a number of agents in London, Gabriella Palmanon stood out as the most professional, friendly, accommodating, and hardworking. It was such a pleasant experience house hunting with her. She would survey me beforehand in order to fully understand my needs and get my feedback on each viewing to help me fine tune the future searches.

GoogleWe had a very pleasant interaction with Petras Zudys! He was very prepared for our trip and found some very cool properties to us. He even took the time to walk us around the neighborhood for the flats, as we were new in London. It was a great tour and we enjoyed the viewings with Petras very much. He was keen to help on any matter and answered all our questions in a very friendly manner. We would definitely recommend contacting Petras for viewings!

GoogleI had the pleasure of meeting Ariel Luppo from FOXTONS few months ago, when I was looking for a flat to rent near UCL where my son is studying. Ariel, in addition to being a very nice person, is a great professional: he understood immediately what I was looking for and made me visit a dozen homes in a very short time until we found the right one: very nice apartment between Charlotte Street and UCL and, most 'important, in a small very quiet street(less than 20 cars per day...) His help to speed up the paperwork and 'was essential. In my professional career, as expatried I have rented many houses abroad (Paris, Amsterdam ....) and the experience with Ariel and' was by far the best one!!! ... 10e lode / 7, not 5 stars!!!!!! (*******)

GoogleREAD BEFORE YOU WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH FOXTONS!!! On 17/10/2017, The letting manager Alex Fleet whom I had 0 contact with before, trespassed my flat with my landlord without the 24hs written notice required by Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 Section 11 (6). Under the Housing Act 1988 and Protection from Eviction Act 1977, neither does my landlord or any agent has the right to enter my flat without 24H WRITTEN NOTICE or a court permission . What they have done was TRESPASS and HARASSMENT which disturbed my peace and comfort and left me in distress. What made their behavior even more pathetic is that it was done by someone in management position. Which shows not just the IGNORANCE OF THE LAW of Foxtons as well as the lack of common sense and basic respect for tenant rights. At last, by any means AVOID FOXTONS LIKE A PLAGUE especially if you are a international student or worker!!!!!!!!!!! Otherwise don't be surprised to find some agent with your landlord trespassing your private space like your rights means nothing.

GoogleWe really enjoyed working with Tom Chiswell from Foxtons West End during our search for a property in Holborn. He responded quickly to calls and emails, and arranged viewings promptly at times that were convenient for us. We also really appreciate him taking the time to explain the ins and outs of making offers and renting property in London. We would recommend him to anyone looking to rent in central London.
