GoogleWe have had a very good experience with John Carmichael as Sales Negociator so far, hoping to exchange contracts VERY SOON. He is very knowledgable on all kinds of issues and has been extremely helpful, diligent and patient in providing detailed information, showing us the place several times until we were absolutely sure. He conscientiously chases up mortgage brokers, valuers and solicitors and keeps the vendor at piece. We have regular daily contact, which is very good and reassuring. We recommend him highly! All of the team were great but special mention should go to Rav, who was very attentive, efficient and personable throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble, and in a difficult market he managed to secure an excellent sale price. Highly recommended!

GoogleI've been letting with Foxtons Hackney since over 2 years. There's not been a single operation that they haven't managed to mess up. Overcharging for changes in tenancies, miss tracking our rental payments (always paid out regularly), mis-communicating to us and our landlord, and even breaching GDPR laws, sending out sensitive informations to former tenants of the property. 100% worst letting agency in London.
