Amazing Real Estate Agents

Dealing with real estate agents in London can be challenging. I can honestly say, though, that Five Seven Ten is the one exception. Emma and Stephen were fantastic. They listened to what I really wanted in a rental property and targeted my search just towards that (rather than showing me properties for the sake of it). Customer service was second to none; I felt like a valued customer and trusted their advice about securing a tenancy despite multiple applicants - it worked. I think that is the Five Seven Ten difference - they truly care about their customers and put them first. I would highly recommend!

Excellent service -

Renting in London can be a nightmare but we had a great experience with fiveseventen. I was pleasantly surprised when at our first viewing, the agent (Emma) showed me flats that were well within our budget - all the other agents would send me listings that were above the max budget I had explicitly set out for them. The flats we saw with fiveseventen were actually of higher quality than what we saw with others. Also, the personalized service was great - Emma was always available when I called or emailed her with any questions. The other agencies just give you a runaround if you are a tenant but fiveseventen treated us very well. If you are looking in the SW area, I would highly recommend working with them.

Excellent, personalized service - highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of renting through FiveSevenTen and they are easily the best estate agents I've ever worked with. As a new UK resident (moved from the US), I had many questions and special needs with my apartment search. They were incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful throughout my process. They listened to my apartment preferences and were sure to show me only properties that fit my criteria, and they moved very quickly to help me secure an apartment once I was interested. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for an apartment in london, as I found their customer service and personal attention to be far superior than competitors, especially larger chains.

Excellent support and service, very kind staff, no unnecessary fees

I was a tenant for 2 years and 8 months in a flat that was managed by 5710 and all my concerns and complaints with the flat were addressed swiftly and effectively. They really seemed to be looking at the best interest of both the landlord and the tenant. 5710 does not charge unnecessary extra fees like most other agents and the customer service of the real estate agents is excellent - it is always truly a pleasure to deal with Stephen and Emma! They listened to our needs and were able to find us exactly the kind of flat we were looking for - that kind of professionalism and interest in the needs of the tenants is unusual with real estate agents in London as the amount of tenants and flats on the market is huge.. I hope I can do business with them in the future as well.

Highly recommend - personable service that goes above and beyond

The folks at fiveseventen offer a personable service that we couldn't get anywhere else. They made the process of leasing a property easy through the entire process - from taking us to view a number of properties that met the exact criteria we were looking for, to getting the one we wanted and moving in. They have specialist knowledge of the local areas, they are responsive to queries...we couldn't ask for better estate agents. I highly recommend using them!
