Declining service. I’ve used FJL whilst leasing multiple properties. However in my last tenancy I had a major leak which took a year to fix.Since leaving this property I’m still waiting over a month for a return of deposit. They are quick to take you’re money not so quick to return. I had received good service at one point but found it’s declined over recent years. Give you’re money to someone else

It’s a nightmare!

It’s a nightmare! First of all we had an horrible experience with them when we moved in our tenancy!the house was in terrible condition(different than when we viewed) and we had to pay to repair the issues as they were ignoring us!same happened throughout the 2 years tenancy that was managed by them. Now we ended our tenancy more than a month ago and we haven’t received our deposit back yet!they are not replying to email or phone calls!Stay away if you want to preserve your mental health! Never seen such a bad agency in UK

Impressed with Negotiator James at Wapping branch - a chance phone call with him and his quick thinking led to him finding me a tenant in a few hours - no marketing, photos! James showed client around, he loved my newly refurbished property and the deal was done. Thanks, too, to manager Louise for her professionalism. After a bit of negotiating we did a deal! Big thanks, too, to Billy-Lee Blankson, manager at Surrey Quays - she was the very first person who saw my flat (before the refurb) and it was her as a professional that led me to go with FJ Lord in the first place. She has vision, professional to a fault and loads of London savvy. A great advert for your company - and an asset and a half!

Trapped me in my tenancy illegally and caused a mental breakdown

I wanted to sever my half of a tenancy and despite the landlord being OK with it; they first said that it can't happen and then with a little more interrogation they made up all these bullsh*t rules about how the total household income had to be over £50k or guarantors incomes over £64k - information that was never even mentioned before and more importantly didn't apply to me and my roommate, who were two students who clearly didn't make that much in a yearWith the extreme rents they charged me, as a student I couldn't take it and was hospitalised.It didn't help that I was pressured into the letting to begin with.Horrible Lettings.
