Very disappointing experience. They over promise and under deliver. We had been warned that they sometimes send the "lady from the Richmond office" Sophie, who will tell a great story of how awful other agents are and how she will be available whenever needed. When I said other agents had heard this before, and she just disappeared, she told me she had been furloughed. What was her excuse this time? After hounding us daily to leave the other estate agent, she ghosted us once it was done. As for the others. Had to email Matt the assistant director several times to correct the spelling of our housing details. Communication was terrible. We were told of some viewings after the event. We had felt that the agent was working for our buyer not us, but having spoken to her, sounds like he was pretty poor there too. We sold the house, yes, but for less than the agent has suggested. Glad it's over. It is galling to think how much they earned, given the low quality of the little they did

They were good property managers, but there is a lack of communication between departments. Also, they have a tendancy to just forward emails from tenant to landlord - they manage admin rather than property. They recommend cleaners and then charge odd amounts for things that haven't been cleaned properly. They also provide costs without explanation or proof. Friendly but do not think.

GoogleWorst bunch of people I've ever dealt with. They are acting as if they are doing you a favour by giving this service. I've pushed, pushed and kept calling for days just to be told that on sorry he/her is not in.. Emails are never never replied to. At the end I've had to give a lift to one of the clerks and even take him back at the end of the viewing - so the clients are a taxi now. I've immediately to put an offer in only to receive more days of ignorance and not answering calls. Spare your time Really not worth the hassle

GoogleAbsolutely horrendous! After being bullied into taking a property 2 weeks earlier then wanted and being penalised for having a cat (confirmed as fine) so wanting 8 weeks deposit!! We turn up to a house with no working cooker - food in London as takeaway is not cheap!, a shower door that doesn't close so drenched bath mat every morning, shelves in bedrooms hanging off walls, a front door we can't lock cause we've been given badly cut keys and a bathroom lock that came off in our hands the first day, you could say has been a rubbish experience. No one is taking responsibility for the fact that all of the above was asked to be fixed before we moved in and not a single person has apologised. These guys are very quick to take your money but will run for the hills if anything goes wrong! DO NOT USE! You've been warned.

GoogleExcellent agency! We had the pleasure to deal with Chloe May Pearce and she was very helpful from day one, answering or addressing all our questions very quickly. We also liked that she was flexible enough to find a way for us to get the keys to visit our flat one day we happened to arrive an hour late on a Friday evening!

GoogleWe found our rented property through Featherstone Leigh. It has been a pleasure dealing with them from the beginning and even now the property management is very responsive. They were always here to answer our queries and did the best in dealing with the landlord. We could visit several times with Lucinda and always with a smile. GoogleI would like to thank the staff at Featherstone Leigh and Alistair Black in particular for their excellent service. A great deal of care and effort was put into the marketing of the property. Communication via phone calls, letters and emails was excellent and extremely courteous. I would recommend Featherstone Leigh for the professional and personalised service they provide and would use them again in the future.

I also currently rent a property through their lettings team who have been very helpful and professional from the start. Mani the Manager and his whole team have all gone the extra mile when needed and I will certainly instruct them again in the future.

GoogleTheir agents are simply put annoying pests. I have asked multiple times, especially a guy called Gabriel Zambrana to unsubscribe me, and he is now emailing me multiple times a day. Never make the mistake to give them your contact details. I will now report them to the ICO.
