Google(as buyer, not seller) The sales team are super friendly, really professional, and eager to help, but the sales progression team are pretty useless. They passed on messages (eventually) but did little proactive to move the sale forward.

GoogleInitially seemed good but after a long and arduous dealing with this estate agents, it is clear that they are non-responsive, unhelpful and after two months, we are still waiting for a response to our last email. Unacceptable and will certainly not be using them again.
