GoogleWe had Ellisons Colliers Wood branch acting as agents for the sale of our flat. Our experience with Martin, Victoria, Zubair and the rest of the team were very positive. The flat was not easy to sell - it was put for sale during the pandemic, and in a competitive climate for that sort of flats, but Ellisons managed to get a number of viewings and eventually a decent, acceptable offer. We especially liked the fact that they really were responsive - if we phoned them, there was always someone who picked up the phone and gave an update; if there was a new viewing, the information was always sent to us in a timely manner; they regularly provided updates and feedback on the outcome of viewings; we never had to 'chase' them for information. They were able to offer us a competitive price for their service and provided other helpful information (such as recommendations of decent solicitors, estimated value of the property, etc.). All in all, it was a great quality and reliable service from start to finish, for a reasonable price and that's why we would gladly use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleKnow that Estate Agents normally get a bad name and often for good reason. However, I cannot recommend these guys enough. I’ve dealt with them for over a year and they are a seriously professional outfit. They managed to get my property let within 48 hours and have always delivered on anything that they’ve promised me. They’ve provided great advice and also honest advice. They’ll tell you it how it is rather than telling you what you want to hear. Also, Vicky (their administration manager) is faultless with her attention to detail with paperwork and a joy to work with. They’re all approachable and easy to speak with. Do call them either as a buyer, a seller or a tenant. Really mean that. Ps. I’ll be selling my property with them very soon and I wouldn’t consider using anybody else in the area

GoogleExcellent service. Got a Sale completed through Martins contacts, so genuinely couldn't have got the buyers without him. Very quick to respond via email and made the whole process smooth. Chased up Solicitors too. Have now bought and sold through Ellisons - I highly recommend.

GoogleWe recently sold our flat in Colliers Wood with Ellisons. We would totally recommend them, they were great throughout the process. The flat was sold on the first viewing! We dealt mostly with Aimee who was great, really helpful and was very proactive chasing our solicitors (who were not very good) and keeping us informed throughout.
