Recently used them to re-let my 2 bedroom flat in south park area. New tenant moved in within 3 days of previous tenant vacating. They handled the inventory, cleaning between and move in smoothly and rent increased by £50 per month so happy to recommend. Money sent over within 4 working days too.

We have been scammed by the owner of this agency himself. He has mislead us to sign a contract. We have paid £400 deposit for the property. The agent decided to make us unaware that if we fail reference check, the deposit wouldn’t be returned to us. The agent had refused to show us the failed reference form. He gave no description of why the check had failed. Interestingly we have passed the same check with a different agency three weeks later with no issues. PLEASE AVOID at all costs! If you have dealt with similar issues or have unfairly lost more money to this agent. Please contact me as we are currently in touch with a solicitor and are planning a group action claim for Court to get our money back.

Honestly only giving one star because zero wasn't an option. The most incompetent people I have met, with no sense of responsibility or initiative. I wish I had written this after one negative experience but after 18 months of dealing with this company I can honestly say that if I owned a property, I would never ever consider using them. I have multiple friends in the exact same industry who agree with me, their companies would never preform to the low standards provided by this company. My advise is use literally any other, of the many, companies listed for your property.

The flat we used to rent was managed by the landlord, but eddisonWhite were responsible for sorting out the tenancy agreement and held the deposit. They were pretty good and on top of things.
