GoogleTerrible terrible terrible service. The agent was very unreasonable. Never responded in a timely manner when we had electrical problems. Would not recommend this agency to anyone. If I could give a negative review, I would. The whole team were very useless

GoogleEC Residential agents are "Worth Their Weight In Gold" They are not only professional, but they treated me like a member of their family when I rented one of their properties in W2 for two years. They were always on hand to respond to my requests, and fulfil the Landlord's obligations. You guys ROCK!! and remain highly recommended. THANK YOU.

GoogleI’ve looked for many houses in many different areas. I cannot suggest enough to use Stephane as an agent, he is one of the kindest and most efficient people i’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He made my process and experience a lot better than expected from renting a house. On top of that i also communicated with a kind lady called Sabrine who helped me with all my issues. Listen if you want to find a place, this is the place to ask. I could not recommend this agency and these kind people anymore!

GoogleHorrible horrible horrible service. The agents are very unreasonable. Never replied on time when we had issues with appliances. Repeatedly charged us for unnecessary services. Multiple times we were told that a contractor is coming or a representative for inventory check is coming and those representatives never showed up, and we were still charged for it. It almost seems like the agent and landlord were colluding. Would not recommend the agency to anyone. If I could give a negative rating I would. The entire team is very unhelpful and unresponsive. Very bad experience.
