GoogleI had a great experience throughout the whole process. Michele and Melis were especially helpful, even though I was new to the UK and unfamiliar with how things work here, they handled every issue professionally and patiently. They followed the process closely from start to finish and made sure everything was resolved until I moved into the property. Their support really made a stressful process smooth and reassuring. Highly recommended!

GoogleI had such an amazing experience working with Michele! He’s incredibly responsive, friendly, and efficient , honestly the best agent I’ve ever dealt with. I needed to move in within just one week when I was looking for a place, and he made it all happen so smoothly. Whenever I had a question or small issue, he replied right away and handled everything with care. The whole process went perfectly from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Michele and EC Residential enough!

GoogleMichele is an exceptional real estate agent! genuinely one of the most responsive and friendly professionals I’ve encountered. He always replies promptly and with such kindness, which really sets him apart from the typical experience. I was genuinely excited about the property we were negotiating, and would have loved to move forward with it. However, another studio I applied for was accepted first, and due to my urgent timeline, I had to proceed with them. That said, I’ll absolutely reach out to Michele next time I’m looking for a flat. He made the process feel enjoyable and supportive, and I strongly recommend working with him!

GoogleHonestly the best lettings agents I have come across and specifically Michele who I liaised with. - Great communication - Full transparency and honesty - Follows through with what was said. I have been looking for a place for the last 4 weeks, I searched endlessly containing agents and private landlords. However when I came across EC residential and spoke with Michele from the offset the community was immediate followed shortly by a viewing where I met Michele. I was seriously stressed as I had to move out by 11th and hadn’t found a place but Michele made it work, even though I had been let down by other agents everything was followed through with EC residential thanks to Michele. Everything is done above board and professionally. If you want a flawless stress free professional experience when finding your new place I can only recommend EC residential.

GoogleMichele is very professional, responds quickly to inquiries, and is always available. He offered me several options until I found exactly what I was looking for. I ended up renting a lovely apartment with a beautiful balcony view. Highly recommended! I rented an apartment with them in Battersea on Chelsea Bridge. Michele was the one who helped me. 🇸🇦🇬🇧 Thank God, I succeeded with them.

GoogleMichele was absolutely fantastic helping me find a flat in London while I was overseas. I was comfortable making a decision based on virtual showing and videos but I had a lot of questions and Michele was great with his prompt responses which i found quite rare in UK. He’d reply even after hours and took into consideration the time difference which was so valuable and very much appreciated. I’d highly recommend him as your agent if you need to find a property in London!

GoogleIt's the worst agency that I’ve ever rented a property. The head of operations specifically Sabrine Hart is always rude and treats any simple request related to the flat as “I’m asking for a favour” and not “I paid 6 months in advance to live here” There is no goodwill, care or sympathy!!! I regret to rent with this agency and I don't recommend it at all. Please respect your clients more and try to provide better service. Thank you.

You can tell he really cares about his clients, not just in how responsive he is, but in the way he handles every detail with care. GoogleMichele handled my referencing and showed me the upmost amount of professionalism by providing me with prompt responses, keeping me updated and ensuring me as a tenant was extremely happy and satisfied. Honestly I’ve went through referencing before with another company some time back and I thought these companies all operate the same but I have to say the service that was provided at EC residential especially by Michele was superb. GoogleI had an extremely disappointing experience with EC Residential Agents. They misled us from the start, pressuring us into making a higher deposit by falsely claiming there were multiple interested parties. In reality, they used this tactic just to drive up the price. When it came time to finalize the contract, they attempted to charge rent far above market value through unfair means. They also provided incorrect information about the flat and completely disregarded tenant rights. Even the previous owners warned me about how terrible this agency is. Worst of all, they almost tricked us into signing the contract by falsely stating that if we held the agency for a week, we were required to sign and pay the deposit, something that was simply not true. I would strongly advise against dealing with EC Residential Agents. Their lack of transparency and unethical practices make the rental process stressful and unfair for tenants.

GoogleAfter I got accepted into my university in London I quickly started looking for apartments when I saw the Sophora apartment in rightmove. When I requested a viewing session Michele helped me even when I was a little too late and showed us the apartment explaining almost all the details. Whenever I had a question he replied asap and was very cooperative. He also suggested an Italian restaurant for me since I like Italian food and when I went there to eat it was one of the best pastas I have ever tried.
