Lydia and Bective were excellent at helping me find the flat that I was after. As a first time buyer, the helped talk through various issues and it was great to work with someone who I could trust. Lydia was friendly, informed and always willing to help even if it was in the evenings or on the weekend. My experience with Bective has been really positive and I will definitely use them again.

My flat developed a serious damp problem. I have just completed a major refurbishment and a new tenant is moving in today. Druce have guided me through this from start to finish. They have been brilliant! Natasha found an excellent contractor and she and Emil have managed a challenging project with skill and diligence. They have been available and responsive. Harry's team were so quick to find a new tenant. Thank you all so much for your hard work and support.

I have never met any agent that is so responsive and eager to help like this agency before.From the beginning until handing the key went very smoothly. I recently exchanged on my first property with Bective and having dealt with a number of estate agents over the course of the search I could not recommend them more highly. Alex Pink was incredibly professional and always at hand to answer any question I had and updating my regularly during process. It made the whole process easy and less daunting for a first time buyer, would highly recommend.

as a landlord - I do not recommend this company -they manage our property but we have not been able to make any contact with the contact at Druce -staff turnover so high and no handover so with each new member, dismissive to us when we enquire as to why we can't get hold of the person 'managing' our property - I do not recommend in any way shape or form.

The agents at Bective were extremely helpful throughout the whole process including even stepping in to assist when the website that processes the paperwork / applications didn't work correctly. Additionally Megan went above and beyond in assisting with getting the broadband service set up so we would be ready to work from home from day 1. Everyone we dealt with was professional and very prompt with communication.

Who makes the decisions? The landlord or the agency? I placed an offer for a single-occupancy apartment after the landlord had turned down one offer for double occupancy, stating her desired requirements. Then, after being kept in the dark, I was told the landlord has accepted the previous offer. When quizzed, I was told the couple work at “Bloomberg,” a big company. This was a case of gatekeeping at its finest by the agents very basic biases.

TrustpilotLANDLORDS SHOULD AVOID
As a landlord I would advise AGAINST using the property management option. The people who have managed my property have NOT made my life easier QUITE THE OPPOSITE. They are clueless and have no knowledge of the repair basics. My experience was so bad that I requested a six month refund of the fees and received them because Senior Management recognised that the level of service had been AWFUL. They further assured me that they would be making personnel changes and that things would definitely improve. They did make changes but things have not improved. I have had 6 “ Property Managers” assigned to me since I started using this service and am about to get the 7th. Completely disillusioned and upset with myself for having believed their assurances that my little account was important to them and that they would work hard to restore my trust. Nothing could be further from the truth.

We were tenants with Bective for 2 and a half years. The team were always really flexible and responsive whenever we needed any sort of help. Soraia in particular was super helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble (despite me being horrible at returning management keys😂). Kim was so helpful in helping us find our place initially. Really nice team.
