TrustpilotCharming and extremely efficient
Charming and extremely efficient from start to completion. This made selling a very positive experience. Once the sale was agreed our agent regularly chased up all parties and kept us up to date. When we struggled to get answers from our legal team she would usually get to the bottom of any issues and solve them quickly.I highly recommend the whole office.

My experience with Druce was very good compared to other agencies that show you bad quality apartment. Especially with Sara, the agent who was in charge of the flat I have let. She was very helpful and helped me through the whole process.

TrustpilotAbsentee Landlord
As an absentee landlord, I have been using Bective for over 30 years now to find tenants and manage the rental of my flat in London. I have stayed with them for that long because I have peace of mind that my flat is in excellent hands. Most importantly, the individual staff are a pleasure to work with!

Fantastic company. I rented though them (Book Green office) for the last couple of years and everything was great from start to finish. No complaints at all - just very friendly and helpful service from the whole team. Especially thankful to Monika who helped my hectic move out to go as smoothly as possible.

GoogleI've used BLM Brook Green for many years to manage my property from Australia. Most recently they had to deal with several unexpected incidents which would of tested the resolve and expertise of any agent. Their service and professionalism was exemplary, in particular from Donia and Megan. I would recommend them without hesitancy.
