We have worked with Dreamview since they opened their doors. They are the go-to guys for local information, for tenants who are reliable They are professional and proficient in every aspect of the letting game. Unfortunately for the first time in 35 years we have had to apply to retain the deposit due to the state of disrepair we found in my apartment. Dreamview helped us attempt to negotiate with the aggressive and unreasonable boyfriend of the tenant. The apartment was left in a state of disrepair, kitchen implements stolen, furniture broken and walls with holes. The only thing these tenants added to the apartment was an infestation of fleas. Despite the protestations of the tenants it appears that the deposit organisation agreed and returned us part of the deposit.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
